It’s my anniversary – Shareen thinks I’m a dead man.
by Joe Augustin on Sep.30, 2009, under Morning Jam Blog
It’s Children’s day. For most parents with kids who are old enough to go to school but too young to be in secondary school, this is an extra day to try and figure out what to do with the kids. For us, it’s the day we send them over to their grandparents’ home and we try to celebrate it in a meaningful way.
And my eyes are finally becoming… normal.

Dear Serene
People who have red-green colour blindness can drive as they can see the 3 colours of the traffic lights. It is the intermediate shades of colours (see M/S powerpoint colour palate where there are many intermediate shades e.g. green merging to blue, red merging to purple) that people with red-green colour blindness cannot decipher. In fact, they can apply to learn driving. However, people with total colour blindness cannot drive as their defect is severe.

My advice is to eat smaller portions and eat those food that are ‘worth’ eating and importantly exercise off the calories later in the day or the following day.
